Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for an HRIS Analyst to join our organization. In this role, the individual will be responsible for maintaining and improving HR systems and business processes with a focus on data quality. The role provides global systems administration support and HR process improvements to various HR systems including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors HXM along with corresponding modules and other Human Resources technologies. This position will act as an internal consultant and a department liaison between stakeholders providing best practice solutions that are tailored to HR processes and business needs. This is a hybrid role with three days a week onsite required at either our Milford, MA or Wilmslow site (Tues/Wed/Thurs).
