The Principal Legal Specialist is a key member of the global Legal department responsible for managing worldwide subsidiary governance, driving strategic corporate governance-related projects, and acting as an interface between Legal and Compliance for matters such as non-US subsidiary compliance. The position reports to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel, Governance, and works across the Legal department and throughout the enterprise to accomplish value-added projects and tasks supporting enterprise initiatives and programs. The Material Receiving Clerk will be responsible for proper receipts of goods into the receiving area. This position is responsible for rectifying any inventory discrepancies with the buyers as well as performing investigations to solve any purchase order or receipt issues that may have occurred. The Material Receiving Clerk will oversee movement of material in and out of our Stockroom in support of Assembly Operations and Machining Operations. This includes timely and accurate receipt, movement, storage and control of materials to enable the success of our internal and external customers. The Material Receiving Clerk will also be required to fill in for the area lead as needed.
