 The Strategy & Transformation group at Waters Corporation supports the Executive Committee (EC) in the development and execution of enterprise strategy. Waters is seeking an Import/Export Administrator to join the Trade Operations Team in Milford MA. This individual will be a member of a professional group responsible for the efficient and compliant movement of goods into and leaving the US. The Import/Export Administrator interfaces directly with customs brokers as well as international vendors and subsidiaries to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods while complying with Waters policies and applicable government regulations.

We are looking for a Marketing Project Specialist who will be passionate about helping our scientific customers work toward the development of curative gene therapies and breakthrough cancer treatments. The successful candidate will become part of a portfolio team responsible for developing and commercially launching and supporting chemical tools for the analysis of cell and gene therapy drug substances and products.  The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the curation and delivery of portfolio wide customer facing content including manuals, brochures and webpages, and for liaising and tracking co-marketing and beta testing collaborations, supporting paid media and search engine optimization activities, and providing project management assistance for late-stage development projects. In this dynamic role, the candidate will help the world’s booming biotechnology industry by spreading the news about our newest liquid chromatography columns, related consumables, and methods that can be applied to characterize and quantify AAVs, lentivirus, lipid nanoparticles, plasmids, mRNA and synthetic oligonucleotide therapies. The ideal candidate will be team oriented and have good scientific competency, experience with technical writing, a passion for continuous learning and social selling, and an ability to draw on past experiences to facilitate project coordination and management.
