Waters Corporation seeks aProfessional Sales Trainerto join our Global Commercial Enablement team. This role is key in accelerating revenue growth for Waters. Reporting to the Director, Global Learning & Development, this position is responsible for delivering and supporting a dedicated training program to both new hires and experienced sales representatives. As a Sales Trainer this position will work closely with cross-functional / cross-regional colleagues to coordinate training sessions that ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Training will be delivered both in-person and virtually, catering primarily to an outside direct salesforce. Candidates must be comfortable in front of large groups facilitating and presenting in a classroom style setting, as well as online via webinars and videos.  This position will partner/coordinate with local resources across the global regions thus requiring an individual with a respect for the diversity of our commercial teams and their approach to work and our customers. 

Waters Corporation is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will own the design, prototyping and commercialization of chromatograph column hardware and bioanalysis microdevices. This position will provide a phenomenal opportunity for a passionate engineer to work on developing analytical tools to better characterize cell and gene therapy drugs and substances.   The successful candidate will become a key member of an interdisciplinary R&D team within Cell and Gene Portfolio responsible for developing chromatography columns and sample preparation devices. The candidate will support all R&D mechanical engineering needs including drafting engineering drawings and creating research hardware prototypes. This critical role will also conduct cutting-edge design and fabrication of novel micro-devices for fast and high-throughput analysis of large mass biologicals.

As such, this scientist will help  bring new technologies to the cell and gene therapy industry including charge detection mass spectrometry to characterize large intact molecule, and thereby help address problems that impact human health and society. ERA, a Waters Company, is looking for a Financial Analyst I at the Golden, Colorado location. ERA operates on a standalone ERP system and financial reporting package - Great Plains. The Financial Analyst I is primarily responsible the ERA Accounts Payable function and participates in the general accounting functions for month end close and quarterly reporting. This analyst also participates in the cash application activity and collections process and is a backup to the billing process. This position will be a key member of a 5 person finance team and have an integral role in enhancing the business decisions made by the company through teamwork, attention to detail and accurate reporting.

Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our organization in our Milford Global HQ, with the flexibility to work remotely two or three days per week. In this role, the individual will join our QA/QC R&D organization which develops liquid chromatography instrumentation hardware and software in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The organization includes mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, firmware, drivers, and data application teams. The instrumentation involves many electro-mechanical sub-systems which provide an exciting opportunity for learning system dynamics and integration of the different technologies. We are looking for a hard-working and skilled Software Engineer with a talent for building quality software.
