The Director of Engineering and Technical Support job exists to coordinate and oversee all Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Technical Support, Controls and Automation, and Column Packing activities in the Taunton manufacturing facility. One of the main activities is supporting the start-up of the newly qualified Taunton Precision Chemistry Plant. The Taunton plant produces all of Waters chromatography media utilizing chemical processing equipment. The new plant has a high level of automation including a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the commercialization and sustaining marketing activities for the sample preparation portfolio segment of the Consumables and Lab Automation Business Unit.  Attention to detail, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits, is essential.  Reporting to the Senior Director, Sample Preparation Portfolio, the Senior Product Marketing Manager is a highly visible, global role that must lead through influence with several cross-functional teams across the entire Waters Division. A self-directed, highly motivated individual with strong business sense as well as technical and market knowledge would be ideal for this position.
