    Waters is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of the Americas Field Operations/Global Accounts and key members of the team.  This is a critical role that underpins the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team. It is an ideal role for someone with drive, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to excellence.  It offers exposure to many areas of commercial field operations including sales, service and field marketing.  The role also offers an opportunity for long-term career growth at Waters.

     

    The successful candidate will be discrete, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, equally adept at interfacing with employees, members of the executive committee as well as Waters’ external partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare reports and presentations
    • Drive the communications planning process within the Americas
    • Plan and implement internal communication via digital channels and events
    • Optimize, socialize, standardize, and document operational processes
    • Receive clients, visitors, and customers
    • Anticipate, identify, and address the operational and administrative needs of the team
    • Arrange travel, schedule meetings and appointments, and manage multiple leadership schedules
    • Plan and coordinate large meetings such as Incentive Trips, Americas Managers Meeting, etc.
    • Prepare expense reports
    • Assist with onboarding of new members of the team
    • Coordinate interactions between divisional and executive stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • A high-school diploma or GED (post-secondary degree or education preferred)
    • Ability to work closely with senior executives and represent Waters to employees, external customers, partners and stakeholders
    • At least five years of relevant experience
    • A problem-solving and growth-oriented mindset
    • Excellent communication skills
    • The demonstrated ability to wisely prioritize and reprioritize work
    • Advanced MS Office experience, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
