  • Overview

    This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a global environment, and is interested in a role which contributes to Waters’ success by ensuring that HR systems, processes, and analytics are continuously improved.  This HRIS Analyst role joins a team of dedicated and talented employees,  and will lead or assist in providing software solutions and maintenance that meets  the objectives of the global HR organization. 

    Responsibilities

    • Will be part of our HR/IT team responsible for the transition to a new HR platform. Includes participating in the implementation of multiple modules beginning with core HR and Compensation.
    • Maintain current HR business systems through testing and enhancements, including performance management and compensation delivery cycles.
    • Partner with internal resources (Shared Services, HR, IT) and/or external vendors to resolve issues and problems.
    • Create/maintain documentation of systems requirements, business processes, application configurations, test plans, and end-user documentation.
    • Responsible for assignment and approval of roles and requested access.
    • Collaborative engagement between HRIS and Shared Services to focus on data integrity, provide accurate and timely reports, and support our HR analytics program.
    • Provides assistance and support for HR projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years experience in similar HRIS and/or IT function.
    • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience with project teams.
    • Prior knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, or equivalent.
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analytics skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop/implement new or streamlined workflows.
    • Ability to communicate effectively between the business and IT.
    • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new software solutions.
    • Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
