  • Overview

    Waters Corporation is seeking an energetic Facilities Coordinator to assist in managing a new build in our Taunton location. Candidate must be highly organized and willing to take on multiple tasks. This position will also help support a newly formed but fast growing Corporate Real Estate Program globally. This role will work directly with the Sr Project Manager, Finance, Contractors and outside vendors. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a major construction build out and help mold the future of Corporate Real Estate at Waters. 



    • Process all Waters direct buy items for the Taunton project including; obtaining new vendor paperwork, necessary W-9 forms, GSA qualification documents, set up in SAP System.
    • Generate Facilities purchase requisitions, purchase order change requisitions and manage approval process
    • Set up and maintain an electronic vendor files for teams to access pertinent information on all project transactions and purchases including drawings, quotes, purchase orders and invoices
    • Transmit approved purchase requisitions to Finance for issuing of purchase orders
    • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet tracking the value of the POs, PO numbers, description of material purchased, vendor name, date, etc for all Facilities projects 
    • Verify invoices against POs to verify values match, print invoice for approval signature, reconcile  discrepancies and modify POs if needed 
    • Process and follow up of automated reminders from the CRE database
    • Run and review monthly reports 
    • Track invoices from consultants when applicable
    • Maintain spreadsheet of key metrics from all transactions per project
    • Coordinate and track payment for document translations if applicable
    • Complete quarterly 10K report
    • Annual US field office budget support/normalization
    • Supporting field projects (i.e. generating PO’s, processing invoices, tracking capital spending)
    • Lease audits
    • Process expense reports
    • Track Non-Routine Approvals
    • Set up new vendors for capital projects and landlord rent payments
    • Generate quarterly reports of lease activity for Senior VP’s
    • Coordinate approval of estoppel certificates
    • Send out property questionnaires for potential new buildings



    1. Bachelors degree preferred

    2. Construction or real estate experience a plus

    3. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office365

    4. Willing to work between Milford, MA and Taunton, MA locations

    5. Highly organized and detail oriented

    6. Able to multitask

    7. Will assist with Facilities functions when needed
