    Waters is seeking a Java Developer, with experience in web development. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a team of diverse engineers that possess a true passion for technology. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of Waters Global website as our digital transition will harnessing the power of cloud, big data, and analytics for the changing future of our online business.

    A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of web development and a passion for modern digital and web content management technologies. A self-starter attitude, excellent communication, and dedication to innovation are critical to this role.


    • Participate in the design, development and configuration of full stack features for our company website.
    • Develop high quality clean code with a focus on instrumentation, security, and performance.
    • Extend existing development, deployment, and analytical tools used by the team.
    • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies such as Java, REST, JSON, GIT , HTML5, CSS3/SASS/SCSS, Javascript.



    • Strong working knowledge of Java, Spring and Hibernate or other ORM framework required.
    • Experience with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery in Web-centric applications
    • Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration)
    • Exposure to agile/scrum environments
    • Familiarity with continuous deployment and Devops tools preferred
    • Experience with web services preferred.
    • Experience with Git preferred.
    • Hands on experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows preferred.
    • Working knowledge of AEM/Adobe & Digital Marketing Suite or similar platforms highly desirable.
