    Waters is seeking a Lead Java Developer with architecture experience to join our web development and operations team. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a team of diverse engineers that possess a true passion for technology. You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of new features for our Adobe Experience Manager platform, harnessing the power of cloud, big data, and analytics for the changing future of our online business.

    A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and a passion for modern digital and web content management technologies. A self-starter attitude, excellent communication, and dedication to innovation are critical to this role.


    • Create the architectural vision for the digital marketing technology stack including AEM, Adobe Marketing cloud, and integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
    • Build strong relationships with leadership across Waters to collaborate on future solutions
    • Coordinate with external vendors and Waters teams to identify and implement proposals/solutions.
    • Provide subject-matter expertise on AEM and the Adobe Marketing Cloud to ensure successful delivery and operations.
    • Ensure alignment of all critical systems with security and data privacy policies.


    • 10 or more years of software development including at least 5 years of AEM related experience
    • Demonstrated experience in providing solutions for AEM Web Content Management (WCM) Tools and technologies.
    • Demonstrated experience in configuration, debugging and tuning of AEM servers.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Cloud Service Models, and DevOps
    • Expertise with customer and commercial ecosystem, such as, Salesforce, Hybris, Apptus, and Mulesoft
    • BS or BSc degree in computer science or related experience
