The Principal, Professional Service Readiness & Enablement is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle on behalf of the worldwide Professional Services organization to ensure that the products are engineered to meet serviceability and cost objectives, that the worldwide Professional Service organizations are trained and ready to support the products at launch, as well as to ensure that the in-market performance is in-line with established operational and financial Key Performance Indicators.
The Principal, Professional Service Readiness & Enablement will also be responsible for working with Field organization as well as the internal organization in the design, development and deployment associated with new Professional Service Tools and Services offerings.
