Waters Corporation is seeking individuals to join a team of specialists that provide Empower software application services.  Responsibilities include customer training and application support for liquid chromatography (LC) systems and the Empower suite of application functionalities. Individuals will represent the image of Waters Corporation while provisioning educational services at Waters facilities and on site at customer locations throughout the United States.


  • Present training and provide application support for Empower software and associated analytical instrumentation
  • Develop educational training materials
  • Work closely with Waters sales and services teams to ensure customer success with laboratory analyses based on the Empower software.
  • Coordinate with Waters customers to define their training and support objectives followed by the customization of services offerings to satisfy those needs.
  • Coordinate the logistics of providing multimedia based presentations and training materials during training and support engagements.



  •  BS degree or higher with a preference to science based degrees
  •  Prior experience running liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, or LC/MS analytical instrumentation
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the scientific industry or related field.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • The position requires significant (50-90%) domestic travel and potential international travel
