Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a CNC Maintenance Technician to join our organization within our Global Machining Operations. This position would join over 200+ professionals who work within our worldclass 50,000 Sq. FT. Machining/Manufacturing facility, w/ over 90+ state of the art CNC machines and technologies. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work in our fast paced multifaceted work environment repairing and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment including CNC lathe and CNC Milling technologies for our biotechnology products.
The position requires working knowledge of machine shop practices, basic skills utilizing fundamental test meters with skills associated in mechanics, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills are paramount as working on multiple machines with associates is a required function.
This opening is a day shift position with working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
Vocational trades school, high school diploma or equivalent required: Formal trades or apprenticeship preferred with a concentration in Industrial Arts.
Maintenance of high end electro mechanical equipment
Maintenance of Heavy industrial manufacturing equipment including multi-axis CNC Lathes and CNC Milling Machines
Servo and hydraulics understanding with troubleshooting ability
PCB analysis and circuit board repair
