Waters is currently look for a Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager. Join our dynamic field organization to help our Pharmaceutical customers make profound discoveries, optimize lab operations, deliver product performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.  You will work with account managers throughout North and South America to design and implement marketing initiatives to drive business effectiveness and revenue growth in Waters largest market segment.

As a field marketing manager, you will be the primary resource for deploying corporate strategic programs that you will optimize for the Americas markets.  There will also be ample opportunities to develop initiatives that leverage unique Americas market dynamics.

Market focus shall be innovator and generic pharmaceutical accounts with job functions extending across all facets of the product discovery, development and manufacturing life cycle.  The entire Waters product portfolio is utilized.  The role is based out of Milford, MA and Business travel is required.


  • Design and execute tactical marketing plans - sales strategies, marketing communications, seminars, customer meetings, conferences
  • Train and support account managers, sales specialists and service teams.
  • Report business metrics and create sales forecasts.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities
  • Advocate for internal and external customer needs


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering discipline
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical laboratory operations or regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all corporate departments
  • Self-motivated with the ability to flexibly respond to changing demands
