Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to support the Global Operations Strategy function across our global manufacturing and distribution operations network. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and deliver long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Financial advisor and business partner to the VP of Global Ops Strategy, providing financial information to facilitate decisions on a wide scope of operational matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders’ Strategy and Operations teams.
  • Provide financial oversight and direction for strategy and integration efforts related to a recent acquisition—both pre- and post-deal—across global manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
  • Evaluate and support strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • Drive harmonization of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the Global Operations network to support strategic execution.
  • Lead financial support for transformation initiatives, including footprint optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and global operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy, M&A integration, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling / planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain/manufacturing finance and operational KPIs.
  • Change management and transformation initiatives.
