Waters Corporation is hiring a Material Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic role where you'll manage the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods—making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that values accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.
Ensure accurate material flow across departments, including unloading, retrieval, delivery, and transactions.
Release, prioritize, and expedite factory orders; resolve routing and location issues with Engineering.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, order management, and FTZ oversight.
Coordinate outside vendor processing, including purchase orders and material logistics.
Manage contract manufacturing orders and inter-facility shipments.
Execute SAP transactions independently; troubleshoot material issues proactively.
Oversee NPI stockroom, life cycle inventory, and non-conforming material handling.
High school diploma required.
2+ years of experience in warehouse or production environments.
Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems.
Familiarity with GMP standards and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
Team-oriented, independent thinker with ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
