Overview

You will be responsible for “captaining the ship” of our critical Experience Program within the Waters Digital Transformation. This is a collaborative role which will employ your entire program management toolkit.  To be successful you must be an Agile champion - well versed in Agile principles and scrum practices – and a proven track record of delivering business value with your teams in an Agile environment.  Partnering with peers both inside and outside this Program, and at all levels of the organization, will be crucial.  Last, but certainly not least, you’ll oversee, motivate, and guide your team to generate positive business outcomes for Waters and deliver high quality business value for our customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology or related experience, or equivalent years of demonstrated professional experience in a relevant field
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT project & program management experience. Minimum of 3 years Agile Program Management experience within an APMO (Agile PMO) Working knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC, including hands on experience with Agile
  3. You have successfully managed programs in the digital/Web/eCommerce domain
    • Able to articulate the “WHY”
    • Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving, organization and planning skills
    • Financial management including budgeting

Qualifications
