Responsibilities

  • Define and document integration architecture between merged company ERP systems and Waters’ SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure solutions that support business objectives.
  • Lead interface design and middleware strategy using tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, or other solutions, resulting in robust integrations and optimized system performance.
  • Manage technical planning and execution of data migration, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL), to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely data transfer.
  • Partner with boundary application owners and business process teams to align integration touchpoints and validate compatibility, driving efficient and reliable cross-system operations.
  • Establish integration standards, reusable components, and documentation practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing across projects.
  • Provide technical oversight during fit-gap analysis, system testing, and cutover planning, ensuring readiness and minimizing risk for SAP S/4HANA go-live.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and design reviews to foster collaboration, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement among stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP ERP design, architecture, and integration, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules and boundary applications.
  • Experience with middleware platforms such as SAP CPI, SAP BTP, MuleSoft, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and deliver complex integration projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with business process owners, IT leads, and external partners.
