Overview

The Program Manager, Sales Content Enablement will play a vital role in the administration and optimization of our global sales content enablement and learning management platforms. This role will identify and drive “best in class” solutions to deliver content that will drive salesperson behavior through the buyer’s journey and provide guidance to Waters distributors in their sales interactions.  Reporting to the Director, Commercial Enablement, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our sales teams have seamless access to up-to-date, relevant content and engaging training programs to effectively sell the company’s products, accelerate commercial success and support the customer lifecycle. This role offers a dynamic blend of technical administration, content organization, training support, and cross-functional collaboration, providing a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our sales effectiveness.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing and sales enablement with experience in developing communication content and systems for ~1,500 global sales and commercial employees.

Responsibilities

Champion Platform Excellence: Manage the sales content enablement and learning management platform (Seismic), ensuring it is up-to-date and fully used, contributing to increased platform adoption rates.

Curate and Organize Knowledge: Assist with the organization and maintenance of the content repositories, ensuring materials are up-to-date, easily accessible and relevant.

Fuel Sales Readiness: Contribute to the development and delivery of global training programs to enhance the sales team’s platform knowledge and sales skills to drive user maturity.

Collaborate for Content Impact: Partner with global sales, marketing, and product teams to create and update content for different stages of the sales process.

Enable New Team Members: Onboard new sales team members and publishers by providing access to the enablement platform and vital training materials.

Be the Platform Problem-Solver: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of the sales content enablement platform.

Uphold Platform Integrity: Help monitor compliance with the platform governance model, escalating any deviations from the established structure and rules.

Govern User Access: Support the strategic management and meticulous documentation of user access, including role definition, group assignment, and permissions, within license allocations and to ensure platform efficiency.

Optimize User Experience: Perform system administration tasks and help roll out new features to enhance platform experience (UX/UI) for the different user groups to maximize value.

Measure and Improve: Aid in tracking platform and content usage to drive effective usage.

 

This is a fully on-site position, based out of Milford, MA.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business
  • Commercial: Global commercial/sales, sales enablement experience
  • Commercial: demonstrated use of using data to inform decisions.
  • Technology: Strong working knowledge of salesforce CRM
  • Technology: 10+ years’ experience with knowledge management systems, processes
  • Technology: 10+ years’ experience with communication enablement systems, processes
