Waters Service is recognized as #1 in customer satisfaction in our industry.  We rely on a culture of continuous improvement to provide outstanding service.  We're seeking a Change Enablement Leader to solve a critical challenge: ensuring that business process improvements and new tools reach our 1,300+ global service professionals consistently and effectively 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a communication framework that ensures critical change information reaches field teams consistently
  • Partner with regional directors to translate weekly KPI performance into specific, actionable communication and adoption strategies for territory managers
  • Build capability in territory managers to effectively drive adoption of multiple concurrent initiatives without overwhelming their teams
  • Create accountability mechanisms and support tools that help territory managers succeed rather than simply measuring their compliance
  • Monitor adoption tracking systems that provide early warning indicators and enable rapid course correction
  • Establish champion networks within regions to accelerate peer-to-peer adoption and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational communication, or process improvement roles, preferably in service-oriented or field-based organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across multiple organizational levels without direct authority
  • Experience designing communication strategies that reach distributed teams or field personnel
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive adoption and behavior change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages for different audiences and organizational levels
  • Project management experience with ability to coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives
