Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commodity Manager - Indirect Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect services and goods (e.g., corporate services and/or other non-IT categories). The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

 

This is a hybrid role with three days a week at our headquarters in Milford, MA. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Identify opportunities for OpEx and CapEx cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
  • Manage and report on savings KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or related field
  • Flexible to manage and support new commodities
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
