Waters Corporation is currently seeking an individual to join our organization as a Principal Product Owner for our Empower Software Portfolio. The successful candidate will be experienced in the use of chromatography software solutions for the routine use/service/support of analytical instrumentation. Additionally, a deep understanding of how Empower and related software systems are evaluated, deployed, and administered in support of analytical laboratories is preferred.
In this role, you will use your understanding of user needs to plan, prioritize, and drive commercialization and development decisions surrounding Empower applications. This includes managing a well-organized backlog, ensuring timely prioritization of features and customer-requested fixes to deliver impactful solutions.
We are looking for a Product Owner who can collaborate with users, researchers, designers, marketing, service, and sales colleagues, as well as other stakeholders across the business to solve critical problems for our customers and bring to market new features. We want to find someone who will become an advocate for our users and relentless in seeking ways to deliver products that exceed their expectations.
