Waters is looking to expand its SAP team with a seasoned SAP EWM expert as we embark on a multi-year initiative to modernize our SAP platform by moving to S/4HANA.
This role is dedicated to supporting the Waters Global Operations Strategy & Operational Excellence organization in fulfilling its mission to improve both our customer and employee experience by transforming how we plan, buy, make, and distribute products. You will be responsible for guiding and approving design decisions to ensure EWM is optimized to support business processes in Global Operations, while ensuring that these are also aligned with the overall solutions strategy of the broader enterprise. This will require you to bring a deep understanding of how to best design an end-to-end solution to support operations, a perspective on how best to integrate other solutions into an existing SAP ecosystem, and an ability to collaborate across a global organization operating on a single instance SAP platform.
In addition, this role will serve as a conduit between Global Operations, IT, and other functions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that we are fully optimized across our end-to-end supply chain processes, coordinated on broader enterprise processes and are setting ourselves up for success as we continue our SAP transformation.
This role will be a key part of the Supply Chain IT Team, reporting to the Sr. IT Director, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, for guidance on design review and approval requirements, standards, change control, and architectural decisions.
