Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a meaningful role in enabling the transformation of the Informatics Business into a modern, data-driven, SaaS-based enterprise. This strategic role partners with senior leaders across global functions to craft and implement human capital strategies that drive innovation, agility, and scalable growth. Key focus areas include talent strategy, change leadership, and workforce development. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in supporting software organizations, particularly within agile development environments and SaaS go-to-market models. Success in this role requires a strong orientation toward change management, global teamwork, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals, focusing on future capabilities required for a SaaS-based operating model. 
  • Change Management Leadership: Lead change initiatives that support digital transformation, organizational agility, and cultural evolution. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders during periods of change. 
  • Workforce Planning & Development: Design and implement workforce strategies that ensure the right skills, capabilities, and leadership are in place to support agile software development and global SaaS delivery. 
  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness: Partner with leaders to evolve organizational structures, roles, and processes to support cross-functional collaboration and speed to market. 
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with executive leaders, provide strategic HR counsel and influence decision-making at the highest levels. 
  • Global HR Collaboration: Work across geographies and cultures to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR strategies, leveraging global HR Centers of Expertise. 
  • Data-Driven HR Strategy: Use HR analytics and business metrics to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve talent and organizational strategies. 
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning aligned with the values of a modern software organization. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated HRBP expertise in partnering with agile software development teams, leveraging deep knowledge of modern engineering practices to align talent strategies with iterative product delivery cycles. 
  • HRBP with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, including customer success, recurring revenue, and product-led growth strategies, enabling alignment of people initiatives with scalable, customer-centric business outcomes.
  • Proven success in leading change management initiatives in complex, matrixed, and global environments. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into people strategy. 
  • Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural and regulatory differences. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, especially with executive stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
