Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will work towards team objectives and impact the bottom-line by providing insight, creativity and innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to fill those assigned positions.

 

This role predominantly supports commercial vacancies in the US but may occasionally support with other areas of the business depending on recruitment volume and priorities.

The role will be hybrid with 3 days being based on site in our Milford, MA headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for hiring commercial roles in the US to build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques to find top talent for key commercial roles. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or applying a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline.
  • 360 recruitment activity from role briefing to offer. 
  • Be the advocator of promoting and driving inclusion and diversity in talent acquisition and work managers to create diverse candidate pipeline in order to achieve recruitment diverse slate requirement.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants.
  • Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description.
  • Use applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
  • Partner with hiring manager to aid them in utilizing our applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process.
  • Effective candidate management to ensure a positive candidate experience as well as closing the selected candidate with suitable compensation.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in house recruitment experience.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with utilising creative sourcing techniques for vacancies as well as an ability to attract candidates with engaging communications.
  • Experience in screening/interviewing candidates.
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Make data driven decisions.
  • Optimally handle candidate experience.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Life Science/Biotech/Med Device recruitment experience preferred.
