The Director of Finance, Waters Division Global FP&A will report to the Senior Director of Finance, Waters Division Global FP&A, helping to position Waters for success by providing relevant data and analysis to influence leadership decision-making and performance across the company’s operations. The position will partner with Commercial, R&D and Finance leadership including WD finance business partners to drive major projects and processes within finance and operations. This highly visible role will interact with all levels across the organization while owning and driving the management of the Waters Division annual 5-year strategic plan, financial analytics, finance support for business decisions and Investor Relations talking points, and division/corporate-wide projects and initiatives. This leader will also take the lead on ad hoc CEO, CFO and EC nominated projects, looking to answer the key strategic and tactical questions facing the business during the year.
