Overview

As a Supply Planner III, you will play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations to ensure the availability of materials and products while minimizing costs and risks. You will be responsible for managing supply planning processes, balancing supply and demand, analyzing supply constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

This position requires advanced planning skills, a strong understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain medium- to long-range supply plans based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory strategies.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply risks and constraints while ensuring service level targets are met.
  • Analyze historical trends, forecast data, and market insights to optimize planning parameters and replenishment strategies.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, fill rates, backorders, and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; APICS/CSCP certification a plus.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, forecasting, MRP/ERP systems, and planning tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with planning software (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
