The Senior Director, Portfolio Owner role will play a pivotal role in our strategic initiative to expand into high-growth adjacencies, with a specific focus on biologics characterization. The Lab Analytics Portfolio Owner, in the Biologics (Bio) Business Unit, will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing customer problems to solve. The successful candidate will develop the value propositions, business cases, product roadmaps, pricing and launch plans for innovative products and applications. The role scope will include the marketing, product development, portfolio management and lifecycle management of a product portfolio.
The Portfolio Owner will execute organic and inorganic growth strategy, including identifying market opportunities and customer needs and managing the development pipeline. They will enable execution of solution development, recommendations of capital allocation, development of business cases, and coach leaders and teams to develop and deliver solutions that address unmet customer needs.
The Portfolio Owner will be responsible for commercializing and managing solutions through the lifecycle, including product management, portfolio management, device form factors and stationary phase development.
This leader will attract and develop world-class talent and build leaders to strengthen the succession pipeline for long-term growth.
The general base pay for this position ranges from $187,500/year to $250,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
