Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Source to Pay Principal to support the Global Business Services Finance Transformation.
This position reports to the Global Process Owner (GPO) and is responsible for coordinating process improvement efforts, benchmarking our services against industry standards, and ensuring that Water’s aligns with auditing requirements for the end to end process. The position requires strong collaboration, communications and change management skills, as well as significant experience in the Source to Pay process.
This position is Hybrid in Milford, MA or Wilmslow,UK or Wexford, Ireland

Support a cross functional global process council to prioritize a portfolio of initiatives and manage progress against defined achievements and savings targets.
