Overview

Waters has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Operations Professional.  You are a key member of the Marketing Operations team, consulting, designing, running, analyzing, and optimizing various global B2B campaigns. You will work directly with business segment demand generation, marketing, digital, and communications teams. You will also collaborate with a hard-working and driven worldwide team to implement regional and local email programs.  We are seeking candidates with diverse backgrounds and skills to push our thinking, share fresh, innovative ideas and drive excellence. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful design, build, and maintenance of marketing programs within Marketo
  • Set up and manage campaigns in Marketo, ensuring optimal list usage and segmentation
  • Work with worldwide Demand Generation and Communications teams to identify and target segmented audiences for email nurturing and programs that move leads through the buying journey
  • Create and optimize campaign landing pages that increase conversion rates
  • Track and measure marketing campaigns to determine ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness
  • Manage A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance, report findings, and make suggestions for additional tests
  • Develop advanced marketing KPI dashboards and other reports for marketing teams to review and take data-informed actions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, CRM administrators, and marketing teams to ensure data is clean, campaigns are completed on time, and marketing metrics are reported accurately
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer segmentation strategies and improve targeting accuracy

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with Marketo – certification (Marketo Certified Expert) strongly preferred
  • Understand how Marketo works in conjunction with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel and segmentation strategies to optimize lead conversions
  • Familiarity with GDPR and email privacy laws
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Marketing operations experience with email nurturing, funnel optimization, and customer database management
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Experience platform preferred
  • Excellent understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and making improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or similar
