This position will champion, promote, and guide the Company’s inclusion strategy and diversity initiatives across our global footprint.
The Senior Director, Head of Inclusion & Diversity will report to the SVP and Global Head of Human Resources, and provide strategic guidance to the CEO, Executive Committee, People Leaders and Human Resources. This key leadership role will cultivate an enduring company with individuals of diverse backgrounds at all levels, where all our employees are included and have the opportunity to grow and succeed.
