  • Overview

    This position reports to the Concur Team Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to maintain the Global Concur Travel & Expense tool. The Concur system should reflect current Waters T&E policies and local regulatory requirements at all times and the Concur System Support is responsible for ensuring that it does.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the Concur system: groups, policies, roles and authorizations, negotiated rates for non-GDS suppliers
    • Configure Concur for changes to policies and rules
    • Manage data feeds to ensure:

      • Employee data is up-to-date
      • Accounting data and fields are up-to-date
      • Payment files are transmitted between the banks and Concur, and Concur to SAP
      • Travel rates are accurate and reflect the latest contracts
      • Prepare and distribute standard accounting extracts to non SAP entities for local processing
    • Manage and address requests from Global User base, including ensuring user permissions, delegation assignments and travel arranger changes are updated and correct
    • Assist Concur System Administrator II to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree
    • 1+ years experience using Concur in the T&E space
    • Developing problem solving skills
    • Knowledge of computer systems (Concur, SAP) and systems maintenance activities
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize requests
    • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
