  • Overview

    Waters Corporation is seeking a Financial Analyst I to join the Corporate Accounting and Finance team. The individual will perform analytical, accounting and reporting for various corporate and division groups. Additionally, this role includes accounting and reporting responsibilities related to intercompany transactions, inventory and fixed assets. A successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability to work and communicate well with various internal worldwide customers.



    • Monthly closing journal entries, accounting reconciliations and world-wide inventory reporting.
    • Preparing and uploading foreign exchange rates into SAP.
    • Perform worldwide intercompany account receivable and account payable reconciliations.
    • Process intercompany invoices
    • Facilitate and prepare nettings of intercompany invoices.
    • Review function related to capitalizing fixed assets; and
    • Some general ledger maintenance and SAP support for financial analysts.
    • Provide various functional areas / cost centers with the financial analysis and support to prepare the annual budget and forecast updates.




    • Qualified candidate should have an Accounting or Finance Degree with 1+ years accounting experience.
    • The candidate must have excellent accounting, communication and analytical skills and be proficient in the use of MS Office
    • SAP / Business Intelligence system experience is preferred.
